The griddle itself has two side shelves where you can prep your food and store your spices and utensils. It also has a lower shelf where you can store your propane tank. As an added bonus, it’s easy to store too.

One of the great things about Blackstone Griddles is that they come in multiple sizes. The most commonly-used Blackstones are 17, 22, 28, and 36 inches in diameter. However, they also have the XL Rangetop Combo model that is perfect for large families hosting larger party-like events.
The size of the griddle you need will depend on how many people you are feeding and what you plan on cooking. If you are only feeding a small family, then the 17 or 22-inch models should be plenty of space. But if you are looking to entertain or feed a larger group, then the 28 or 36-inch models would be better suited for your needs
On the other hand, if you’re just looking for something to use on camping trips or smaller-sized parties, then a 17inch tabletop griddle may be more appropriate.

We are suckers for accessories, to be honest. We really enjoy all of the extras accessible to spice up your pastime. However, with this one, we propose you follow the KISS principle (Keep It Simple Stupid).
