- 1 Blackstone Grill
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 4 slices bread
- 1 cup pancake syrup

- In a pie plate or other shallow dish, beat the eggs. Add the milk, sugar, and 1 teaspoon of the cinnamon; whisk until smooth.
- Dip each bread slice in the egg mixture, turning to coat both sides uniformly.
- Place the bread on your lightly greased Blackstone griddle and brown each side until golden.
- In a microwavable bowl or measuring cup, combine the remaining 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and pancake syrup. Microwave on MEDIUM 30 seconds or until heated through. Serve with French Toast for a breakfast treat.
